Return Policy

PRODUCT RETURNS

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party that you designate ( not a carrier ), have received the goods provided that you have already contacted us by telephone at +30 210 5599690, Monday- Friday 09:00 – 15:00 (except public holidays) in order to let us know. For the return of the products the customer must have completed the “Return Form” form, which is listed. Returns will be valid if the form is accepted and validated by the team at www.klitron.gr. The returned products must be in excellent condition, sealed, complete and free of damage and on the packaging delivered, which should also be in excellent condition as it forms part of the product. In this case, the customer is only liable for the cost of shipping and returning the products in the same way that they were shipped. If the Customer does not wish to replace the Product, the value of the Products will be refunded within thirty (30) days after we receive and examine the package. The refund will be fulfilled in the same manner as the initial payment by the Customer.

In all cases where the delivered products arrived damaged or were wrong in description type or quantity, the customer must return the products for inspection within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt after notifying us by phone at +30 210 5599690, Monday-Friday 09:00 – 15:00 (excluding public holidays). In these cases, and provided that the products have been previously received and checked by the “company”, the product will be replaced with a new one.  If the customer does not wish the replacement of the product, the original purchase will be refunded in the same manner as the initial payment was made by the customer. In such cases, the cost of return and the cost of sending the product back to the customer shall be borne by “METALOR SA”, provided that the method of return described above is fully respected. Returned products must be in excellent condition, sealed, complete and free of damage and in the delivered packaging, which must be in excellent condition as part of the product. If the customer does not return the product then no new product will be shipped to him and the customer will have to place a new order.

  • In the event of credit or debit card billing, we will notify the issuing Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the Bank will then proceed to any transaction provided for under the contract between you, without further liability of “METALOR SA”.

“METALOR SA” bears no responsibility for the timing and manner of execution of the reversal procedure.

  • In case the products are returned damaged or missing, “METALOR SA” is entitled to claim damages from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the status of the products and to unilaterally make a full or partial settlement of its claim against the customer.
  • In each case of return of the product, the customer is obliged to deliver intact and in excellent condition all the documents that accompanied the product (eg Invoice, Retail Receipt, advertising and information brochures etc.).

Consequences of withdrawal:

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date you notified us of the withdrawal from the sale. The deadline is fulfilled if you ship the goods before the fourteen day deadline. We reiterate that you bear the cost of returning the goods.
